Pertaining orders:

♥We can either post to you the items by Normal or Registered mail(Preferred)

♥For registered mail, an additional $3 will be charged per apparel.

♥You can do meetups at either Tampines or Sengkang MRT station.

♥For meetups at other venues besides the ones stated above, an additional $3 will be charged.

♥For meet-ups, orders should be collected no later than 15 mins upon time confirmed and date should be within 3 days of purchase.

♥Rescheduling of meetup dates are not allowed.




Pertaining payments:

♥Once order is confirmed, payments should be made no later than 3 days.

♥Late payments and collection will certainly be ignored!

♥Once you've acknowledged our e-mail, we will not be responsible for any refunds after that.


Others:

♥TGG~ will not be responsible for any loss or damage of items.

♥Reservations are allowed. However, payments should be made no later than a week upon reservations.

♥Lastly, we DO WELCOME swaps!
